Terms and Conditions for Kents Premier Coins and Bullion
Effective Date: April 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all transactions conducted with Kents Premier Coins and Bullion, operated by KPCB Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom, registered company number: 16306451. Registered Company address: KPCB Ltd, BTA, Suite B Stable Block, Bradbourne House, East Malling, Kent, ME19 6DZ. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions
• "Customer Material": Any information provided by the customer to Kents Premier Coins and Bullion
including contact details, order information, or other communications.
• "Enquiry": Any expression of interest or request for information made to Kents Premier Coins and Bullion.
• "Force Majeure Event": Events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural
disasters, strikes, wars, terrorism, and technical failures.
• "Order Confirmation": A written confirmation sent to you acknowledging acceptance of your order.
• "Price": The price quoted or listed for a Product, subject to fluctuations as per clause 3.
• "Product": Any item available for sale via our website, including coins, bullion, and jewellery.
• "Website": The official site located at www.kentspremiercoinsandbullion.co.uk.
• "Writing": Includes email, post, or other digital communication methods.
• "You", "Your", "Customer": The purchaser or prospective purchaser of Products.

2. Product Information
• Products images are high resolution of the exact item for sale, to ensure accuracy and peace of mind.
The product purchased is the product the consumer will receive.
• Unless products are authenticated via a third-party grading company, please take our grade for
reference/guide only.
• All items are subject to availability – all available items are listed on the website.
• If a product is significantly different from its description, you may return it per our returns policy.

3. Grading Information
• Poor (P) Extremely worn and most of the detail will be missing
• Fair (FR) A grade wear the coin has seen much wear and only just discernible
• Good (G) Coins demonstrates considerable amount of wear, detail visible but may not be clear
• Very good (VG) Coins has experienced a lot of wear but the detail visible but worn
• Fine (F) Coin has seen considerable wear but is still very collectable
• Very fine (VF) Coin has restricted but obvious wear to the high points
• Extremely fine (EF) Coin has little actual wear except on the high points, copper and bronze original lustre
may be still in evidence
• About uncirculated (AU) Coin will show little evidence of circulation but may display wear to only the
highest points
• Uncirculated (UNC) Coin has never been released into circulation
• Brilliant uncirculated (BUNC) Copper and bronze coins bright and shiny as minted, silver coins little or no
toning.
• FDC (Fleur de coin) Meaning ‘flower of the die’, Used to describe a coin that is perfect uncirculated or full
mint state.
• Proof (PF) Coin struck using polished dies and struck more than once to create the high relief.

4. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are subject to change due to market volatility, especially for precious metals.
• Final pricing is confirmed upon Order Confirmation.
• Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
• We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal and subject to limits in cash.

5. Order Process
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
• An Order Confirmation will be issued upon acceptance.
• Orders can only be made in GBP.

6. Right to Cancel
• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, most products can be cancelled within 14 days.
• Exception: Orders for bullion and investment-grade coins cannot be cancelled due to price fluctuations.
• This cancellation right must be exercised by written notice. We will accept email but no other digital form
of communication.

7. Delivery
• Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout.
• We aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days after payment.
• Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds
• Refunds are available on eligible products returned within 14 days in the condition which received. We
will not accept damaged products back unless proven to be damaged in transit.
• Items such as bullion are non-refundable due to pricing volatility.
• You must contact us at hello@kentspremiercoinsandbullion.co.uk before returning any products. Please
confirm the reason for return.

9. Liability
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability will not exceed the total price paid for the product.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Website.
